Admission / TC Procedure |

Admission is open to Indian Citizens subject to the availability of
vacancies in the classes. Admission for the new academic year is
usually granted within one month of the opening of the school. The
Principal, however, may grant admission subject to the approval of
the School authorities under special circumstances, even after the
expiry of this period. |

Application for admission should be
made by the parents on a prescribed form, which can be obtained from
the school office on payment of S.R.10/-
|

Admission Policy |

KG SECTION |
|
For Admission to L.K.G. the child should be 3 + on or before the
first day of the academic year of the school. Admission will be
given after discussion with the parent. |

A Birth Certificate from a competent
authority along with other documents as required by the school
should be submitted with the admission form. |
| |
|
CLASSES I – VIII |
| |
|
For admission to Classes I to VIII, the
entrance test will cover English, Maths and Hindi. |
| |
|
For fresh admission to Std I and Std
II, a Birth Certificate from a competent authority, along with other
documents as required by the school should accompany the admission
form. Pupils coming from other schools should also submit the
original Transfer certificate issued by the previous recognised
school along with other documents as required by the school. |

CLASSES IX – XII
|
| |
|
For classes IX to XII entrance test will be conducted for
the students coming from schools other than the
International
Indian schools in the Kingdom. |

Admission to class X in the school shall be open only to a student
who:
i)
has
completed a regular course of study for class IX and
ii)
has
passed class IX examination from an institution affiliated to the
CBSE Board.
iii)A
student who has completed a regular course of study for class IX and
has passed class IX examination from CBSE Board or an institution
recognized by / affiliated to any recognized Board in India can be
admitted in Class X to the school only on the transfer of the
parent(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another,
after procuring from the student the mark sheet and the Transfer
Certificate duly counter signed by the Educational Authorities of
the Board concerned |

Students will be allowed to take a
particular 2nd Language in Std IX only if they have
studied that as 3rd Language up to Std VIII. However,
students will be allowed to take Hindi / Arabic without any
restriction. |
