CIRCULAR

Dear Parent,

We extend our seasonal greetings on behalf of the Managing Committee.  I am glad to inform you that the Audit Report for the period 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2008 has been completed and received, which is available in our School Website and in our Notice Board.

I would also like to inform you that 80% of the books for the new Academic session 2009 – 10 has been received in our School premises and the remaining books, we are expecting to receive on or before 25^th February, 2009, except those books which are not printed by NCERT. This year we have decided to distribute the books along with the result for  IX, X and XII, in the first week of March and for the lower classes KG – VIII during first week of April, 2009. This is the first time the school is distributing the books for the session 2009-10, before starting the session. The book list will be available to the parent along with the result. I am thankful to all the members of the Managing Committee and the School officials in cooperating in this matter.

I appreciate the effort made by the school officials and the teachers for preparing the worksheets and especially the IT In-charges, who typed and uploaded the worksheets, model question papers, HOTS questions in our web site. This will be very helpful for the students for practicing for the ensuing board exams. Our School website has become so popular and the website hit goes up every day and now it has exceeded one lakh hits compared to last year and we are adding more worksheets and useful links frequently.

This year we have conducted relearning process just after the Summer vacation for classes X & XII and then we have conducted remedial classes/crash course after the Pre Board I, which was appreciated by you very well. We also conducted Preparatory exams in all the main subjects to make the children confident in their subjects. I am happy to announce you that after Preparatory exams the results have improved.

We all Pray to Almighty God for the best results in the coming exams and I am requesting you also to pray for our children so that they can perform well in the board exams, Inshah Allah.  Your co-operation and suggestion is always solicited.
