CIRCULAR

Dear Parents,

We wish to inform you that IIS-Riyadh is facing an acute problem with the operaions and maintenance of our school transport system. It is felt, that since our school is a community school, the problems faced by the school in all aspects should be brought to the knowledge of the parents whose vital support is always expected to overcome the difficult situations.

In order to accommodate the increasing number of commuters, the school had to hire the SAPTCO buses for transportation. Hiring of these SAPTCO buses is causing us huge financial loss for the school every month. Inspite of the above arrangement, we still have a big waiting list of the students who wish to avail the school bus facility. In order to accommodate all these wait listed students we need to purchase new buses for transport arrangement. Therefore, we have proposed to arrange school bus facility for the waitlisted commuters with new TOYOTA Coasters for the safety and security of the students. These Toyota Coasters will be purchased on lease basis to avoid further loss.

Hence in order to improve the Fleet Management of our school in terms of operations and maintenance, the school Managing Committee has decided to revise the bus fee of SR. 110/- as per the slab system fixed for the following areas as given below w.e.f. the ensuing academic year 2008-2009.
