CIRCULAR

Dear Parent,

The Food & Fun Fair 2009 was organized by our School on 12th 13th November, 2009 for its under privileged students and for the development of the School.  The total amount collected is Sr.145,373/-. In spite of various constraints, this is the highest contribution ever in the records of IISR for which,  I would like to thank the Indian Community, Staff, Students for their unconditional, enormous support in organizing Food & Fun Fair for helping the under privileged children.

It is decided by the management to allot SR.125,373/- for the award of Financial Assistance  for the needy parents and balance Sr.20,000/- for the School Library.  Applications are invited from the parents who are interested to avail for the Financial Assistance. The eligibility criteria to avail the fee concession for the deprived parents are as per the following:

1. Parents in jail
2. Parents with health problems and those who are hospitalized (inpatients). Medical Certificate should be produced.
3. Parents whose services are terminated for the past six months from their Companies.  Service Termination letter should be produced. 
4. Parents with low income group i.e. less than SR. 2,000/- per month. Income certificate should be submitted issued by the Sponsor and attested by the Chamber of Commerce

The above criteria will be followed on priority basis, provided the student has good academic performance with good conduct and character.

The School Managing Committee has constituted a Committee consists of Vice Principals, H.M.s and Supervisors who will scrutinize and verify the applications along with the required documents and recommend the grant of financial assistance to the deserving parents on the basis of the above criteria.

Those Parents who fall under the above category may apply for financial assistance by collecting the application form from the Reception at the Boys School w.e.f. 15th December 2009 and the last date for the submission of the duly filled in forms along with authenticated documents is Saturday, 26th December 2009.
