He not only took deep interest in seminars and workshops but also held various responsible posts. Before joining as the Principal of I.I.S.R., he was Principal, Minto Circle, AMU Aligarh, Convenor, Dist. Vigyan Club of Aligarh, Member of the AMU Court, Member of Academic Council, Resource Person for NCERT, General Secretary, Thrift and Welfare Society, Aligarh and directed Delhi Doordarshan Serial "Aaoo Bachon" to inculcate Moral and Cultural values among the students. He was the member of CBSE Gulf council and convenor, Saudi Chapter.
