Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.

I am Engr. Rajadurai from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. I hold a Diploma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai. With over 16 years of professional experience in India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I have worked across engineering, project execution, supply chain, and commercial leadership roles, and currently serve as Sales Manager – KSA at Saudi Cavalo Co., Riyadh.

My role involves developing new project opportunities, working closely with contractors, OEMs, and industry partners, managing project budgets and annual sales targets, and strengthening product marketing and distribution across KSA.

I bring diversified technical and commercial expertise to my leadership responsibilities. My vision is to support the development of a green and sustainable community within the IISR campus, promoting environmental awareness and responsible practices among students.

MR. YASH PAUL PAHUJA

Yash Paul Pahuja is a finance professional, currently serving as a Managing Director and Head of Risk at Jadwa Investment Company, Riyadh with career spanning over 25 years in the field of Enterprise Risk Management, Investment and ISO 31000. He also serves as a compliance committee member at Jadwa Investment. Holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Financial Risk Management (FRM) in addition a Ph.D. Scholar at School of Management, Centurion University of Technology and Management, India. Beyond his executive role, Pahuja is an active researcher & author and his contributions includes books, articles and research paper in the area of economy, investment and risk management.

DR. FAISAL IMAM

Dr. Faisal Imam is a distinguished academician and scientist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical sciences. He currently serves as Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology at King Saud University, a position he has held since 2013. He completed his graduation from Jamia Hamdard and earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacology. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Research Scientist at Torrent Pharmaceuticals, where he gained valuable industry experience that continues to inform his academic work.

Dr. Imam has authored approximately 80 peer-reviewed international research publications, reflecting his sustained contribution to research in pharmacology and toxicology. He has also written pharmacy textbooks aligned with the curriculum prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India, demonstrating his commitment to strengthening academic standards and professional education in the field.

As a Member of the School Management Committee at IISR, Dr. Imam brings academic depth, research expertise, and administrative insight. He is dedicated to supporting the school’s vision, fostering quality education, and contributing meaningfully to institutional growth and community engagement.

MR. SUHAIL MANKARATHODI

Suhail Mankarathodi is a finance professional currently serving in the Finance Department of Bureau Veritas, Saudi Arabia, with over seven years of experience in the organization. His professional career spans more than fourteen years, including earlier service with a group of schools across Saudi Arabia.

He holds a CMA Postgraduate qualification (First Attempt) and a Master of Commerce (M.Com). With a background that combines corporate finance experience and exposure to the education sector, he looks forward to contributing his knowledge and professional skills toward the effective functioning and continued development of IISR.

Taha Taher Patel is an Operations & Quality leader with 15+ years of impact across KSA, Pakistan, Yemen and Bahrain. He has been known for orchestrating cross-functional execution, raising process maturity, and turning metrics into measurable business results. Strengths include process and systems deployment and solid adoption, sales performance enablement, customer experience, and building high-discipline data-driven teams.

He holds an engineering degree and has completed his MBA as well. A lesser known fact about him is that he too has completed his schooling from this institution; so, he harbours a grand vision of making IISR a leading institution and eventually serving as a benchmark for other institutes in the region.

MS. JANCY PREDIN

Ms. Jancy Predin currently serves as Chairperson and Nurse Manager at King Fahad Medical City, bringing over nine years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, quality management, regulatory compliance, and professional education within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management. Her strong academic background, combined with extensive administrative experience, has enabled her to develop key competencies in strategic planning, performance improvement, policy implementation, and team leadership.

Throughout her professional journey, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in governance, quality assurance, staff development, and compliance with regulatory standards. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and effective organizational performance.

Deeply committed to community engagement and student development, Ms. Predin aims to contribute meaningfully to the holistic growth of the school community. Through her role in the Admin Sub-Committee, she seeks to support the institution in strengthening administrative systems, enhancing operational efficiency, promoting transparent decision-making, and fostering initiatives that support student well-being and academic excellence. She firmly believes that her professional expertise, leadership experience, and dedication to service will contribute positively to the continued growth, governance, and excellence of the institution.
