Transfer Certificate (TC) Guidelines

The Transfer Certificate (TC) application form can be downloaded using the link provided or obtained from the School Administration Department.

- The TC application form must be completely filled out and duly signed by the respective Class Teacher and the Supervisor / HoS.
- All outstanding fees and other dues must be cleared before submitting the TC application.

Parents are required to submit the completed TC application form along with the following documents to the TC Department:
- Copy of the Student’s passport (front and back page)
- Copy of the School / Board Annual Examination result or Hall Ticket
- The Transfer Certificate will be issued within 7 working days from the date of submission of the application.
- The TC must be collected by the parent from the TC Department.

If the parent is unable to collect the TC, an authorized representative may do so by submitting:
- A signed authorization letter from the parent
- A copy of the authorized representative’s Iqama
- For students of Grade X and Grade XII, the Transfer Certificate may be issued after the CBSE Board results are officially declared.
